Gentle Support for Your Journey to Motherhood

Prenatal Massage - Nurturing Care for Expecting Mothers

What is Prenatal Massage?

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of therapeutic bodywork specifically adapted for the unique needs of pregnant women. Using gentle, modified techniques and supportive positioning, prenatal massage provides safe, effective relief from the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy.

At Relax Wellness Center, our certified prenatal massage therapists have received specialized training in pregnancy anatomy, physiology, and safe positioning techniques. We understand the physical challenges of each trimester and adapt our approach to provide maximum comfort and therapeutic benefit while ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.

Unlike regular massage, prenatal massage uses side-lying positions with supportive bolsters and pillows, avoids certain pressure points, and focuses on areas most affected by pregnancy changes - all while creating a nurturing, peaceful environment for expectant mothers.
